DodgingRain's Studio consists of classic digital hardware synthesizers. These devices provide the tools and raw material to create a vast array of beats, phrases, sounds, and textures. The core of the studio is a PC running cubase SX. Analog duties are shared by several devices, an evolver/polyevolver system generates true analog sounds, MS2000 add thin nasty pseudo-analog sounds. An A-Station generates many of the dance sounds and creates a smooth contrast to the MS2000. A v-synth provides the control and several of the more complex textures used, ocassionally it suffers from a split personality with a D-50 persona taking over. Modular duties are the expanded G2's domain. A K5000R creates crystaline digital sounds. Evolving textures come from the Microwave II, Wavestation EX, and Morpheus. Acoustic simulations are handled by the CS6x. Effects are handled by a FireworX.
